Car parked on blind corner

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6969214.

This car has been parked on a blind corner for over 3 weeks. There have been so many near crashes that I have personally witnessed so must be lots in total! A child nearly got ran over as they couldn’t see past the car and the moving car couldn’t see the child! It is very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
