Blocked drains

No. 119 Tennyson Road. Where the house and garden run alongside West Hill Road.

3 x heavily blocked drains which are now overflowing over the pavement. Stinking filthy water/sewage etc.

It's now frozen solid which is causing a trip and skid hazard.

I've reported it to you as it's on the pavement and there is no option to report drains.

As there is a serious gas leak in West Hill Road at that crossroads, one cannot walk on the pavement as the other side is dug up. I don't wish to walk in the road.

The house is occupied and I am sure the owners/tenants should be aware as it's got to be a problem inside the house too.
