Road breaking up around drain

The road surface is breaking up around the drain this is a constant problem on the road outside wittering primary school as cars often park on the opposite side sending traffic in both directions across the drain. I have reported similar issues with drains on >3 previous times but always quick to rectify and make good the road surface, some consideration is needed to consider reinforcing these areas given the commonality of the problem. This has been getting progressively worse for the last month. Thank you
