Long-standing drain blockage which causes flooding after heavy rain making the pavement impassible

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category by Meg Thomas at 18:34, Saturday 11 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6966543.

This drain has been blocked for over a year by decomposed leaves that have turned into leaf mould and soil. When there is significant rain this area floods so that it makes the pavement impassible and pedestrians have to walk on the road. It is also difficult for drivers to get out of their cars after parking here without standing in a paddle. The residents need the soil removed and the drain cleared for it to function properly.
