Abandoned plastic barriers

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6965947.

These road barriers have been in the position About 2 years , most are laying on there backs . They are a hazard left behind by contractors . If they are not removed they are likley to cause Injury to a cyclist using the cycle route .
