Standing water across the road

All around this bend area there is standing water which does not drain away and covers several dangerous pot holes in the road. This is on a bendy section of road forcing cars into the wrong side of the road to avoid the flooded area likely to cause an accident and be dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles, several near misses have been witnessed in the local area
