Down Bishop street full of litter

Every week the street (bishop street) is always full of litter which is such an eye saw . The alleys are always messy with left over Bin bags , carpets , broken microwaves and hoovers or just rubbish in general . This is happening on a day to day basis so please could something be done about it as it's not a pleasant thing to have to put up with daily.It has been happening for months on end , thank you .
