Vehicles parked dangerously

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6962427.

Vehicles are parking close to the junction for those pulling out of the National Physical Laboratory. Cars are parking on the corner. With the buses on the right and the cars parking on the left, cars cant see to pull out safely.
