Pedestrian footpath from Tyr Winch Road to Ruperra Close is blocked by fallen fencing and could cause an accident getting over it on foot. Inaccessible with pram / wheelchair.. This is the only safe walk route to St Mellons Church in Wales Primary School from Old St Mellons. The alternative is for children to walk down Bridge Road where there is no pavement.
