Keep clear

Where has the “keep clear” on the road gone? Please can you paint it back as lots of vehicles use the car park which is off the right in between the shops as you approach the railway bridge from City Road direction. It causes havoc (queues across the traffic lights junction) when people park across the entrance!!!
