Traffic lights going to red EVERY 6 SECONDS!

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6959265.

I'm sure this may have been reported already, but the traffic lights outside the Spar shop on Chester Road, Preston Brook (adjacent to Bridgewater Grange, WA7 3AL) are changing to red EVERY 6 SECONDS, and the pedestrian crossing signal is beeping too. I've just witnessed this at 10.40pm on Thursday evening.

Hope somebody is able to resolve as soon as possible.
