The tree appears to have been felled but the stump remains and the pavement is still lifted - will there be be further action?

The work is still with our contractors to remove the stump as per this thread. When the work is completed, the FMS will be updated to state Contractor Completed. A new tree will be planted in the next planting season which is always Nov-April each year.
