Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6957643.

The beautiful set of wheelie bins positioned outside 'Mosaic's Peri Peri' are overflowing and have litter and waste between them and all over the floor.

It makes a nasty set of shops look even worse.
