Public grass verge outside 20 Shelly Crescent Heston

The resident of 20 Shelley Crescent is driving his van across the grass verge and over the public pavement which does not have a dropped kerb. The grass has been diminished and a mud trail left across the pavement. The van & car also overhang over the pavement about 2ft coupled with the mud. When walking, the only option is to go on the road to avoid this hazard. This issue has been going on for a few months!!
