Road sign leaning over road, looks like it will fall soon.

On Pentwyn lane, directly opposite the Mill Heath junction. There is a road sign in the steep bank, that looks like it's on the verge of falling off the bank into the road. The whole bank and trees possibly with it!
The sign has been rotated for years, so it's not actually readable. It's also been wonky for ages, but recently I'm sure it's at more of an angle, and worried its fixing / foundations will come out of the bank soon.
In the summer it gets masked by overgrown trees too.
