Underpass flooded AGAIN

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6953643.

The M5 underpass along Lawrence Weston road (pedestrian only) is blocked, flooded at almost waist height with water and rubbish. Important through-road for workers and public access to Avonmouth.

This keeps happening so the drains need vital improvement to prevent future occurrences
