The front door of my council house

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council 2 minutes later
The front door to my council house was a solid reinforced upvc door with two small double glazed glass units in the top half. It had a Yale lock, dead lock, two bolts, one top and bottom and a chain lock.
I recently reported that my front door frame needed a new rubber seal, some new trim and it needed adjusting because if you accidently shut the door with the catch down the door frame moved which allowed the door to shut. If this happens and you're outside you can't get back in with the key.
The door itself needed no attention whatsoever!
A workman came out and told us it was easier to replace the whole door and frame. He measured up and went on his way.
He came back Friday 25th Sep and fitted the new door and frame, (please see picture).
As you can see, the workman have replaced our very secure front door with a cheap standard back door or at best, a standard porch door.
Just like our back door, the handle must be lifted in order to lock it. When not locked you can open it from inside and outside of the house. Which means, for our security we have to lock ourselves in the house at all times of the day not just at night or when we are out, to stop people from just walking in as we found out the very next day.
We had a delivery on Sat and the driver opened our door and put the parcel inside. Our 13 year old daughter was home alone at the time. For this reason alone I can't stress enough how important it is to have the best security on our front doors! There are many other reasons why we are not happy with the door including burglar's! All they have to do is smash and kick in the bottom glass unit and they're in.
My whole point is that we would like our door replaced with the same type of door and security we had before. I hope you can help.
Mr P E Phillips.
