Manhole with no cover/broken cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6952498.

There is a drain which the cover has broken, there was no cover at all this morning just a hole I just missed the hole going past very dangerous. Somehow has tried putting a cone there but it keeps getting knocked/moved.
