A timber structure is being constructed on the footpath and is blocking the use of the footpath causing people to have to walk in the highway

    This structure is an extension of another older timber shed which has been there for several years. It was also built out onto the pavement but this new structure completely blocks it. The owner is Ian Wakeley of 50/52 Fairfield Rd.

  • This structure is still on the footpath and people are still walking in the highway and there is a risk of somebody being injured due to the amount of traffic on this road and the blind corner it is near. There is no update from the council?
