Traffic lights out of sync

Hi, for the last two weeks or so these traffic lights have been out of sync which is causing traffic issues when travelling from A509 roundabout to via H6 Childs Way (and return). For example the first set of roundabout traffic lights (south on A509) would change green at the same time the second traffic lights (onto H6 Childs Way) would go green and stay on long enough for a large number of cars to pass. Now it is only staying on enough to allow 4 cars to pass before the second lights change and as a result following cars block the roundabout. This is causing over 10 minute delays at rush hour. I have dashcam footage to better explain this if required. I assume the sensors on the lights are faulty. Please can this be looked at as the delays caused are quite severe now that everyone is back at work following the Christmas break.
