Multiple pot holes that are deteriorating rapidly

There are multiple potholes along this road with several being dangerously large. The road is single track with passing places that are not passable due to the quantity and severity of potholes and damage. This road is currently on a diversion and our only way to livestock which require twice daily attendance.
