Mulch all over cycle path, into which brambles have rooted. Obvs puncture risk, potentially leaving someone miles from home. Please can the Offenders or contractors scrape all the vegetation right off both sides of tarmac. It's only 18" clear in places.

ALSO there's large amount of dumped & broken building materials on bike path towards Hopton. Shards and splinters
