Brook/waterway has been blocked further downstream causing water to rise underneath my house and flood into Nos 15 and 17 Gorsey Road. Unitied Utilities have been present and diagnosed the issue but it is not within theri jurisdiction. If this continues, the foundations of my house might be damaged and there might be subsidence.
