SSE several weeks ago replaced some poles in Reades Lane but filled in the drainage ditches. It has already been reported on FMS but nothing has been actioned and SSE will not come back to reinstate ditches. This area is prone to flooding in heavy rain and ditches need to reinstated. OCC Highways are scheduled to do works on road next week so would seem an ideal time to reinstate the ditches. Concerned residents are already contacting the Parish Council to get matter sorted due to length of time it has taken to get previous flooding issues addressed.
