Speed camera not working at junction henbury Rd/falcondale Rd

Reported via mobile in the General highways enquiry category anonymously at 16:58, Monday 6 January 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6940610.

The traffic speed + red light camera is not working at the junction. This seems to be an issue for a number of months. As a result:

1. I am witnessing cars exceeding 50-60mph on the road and it’s getting worse. Drivers know the camera is not working and accelerating up to the lights.

2. As the camera is not working am also seeing an increase in cars jumping the red light.

Warming.. It’s only time before there is a critical accident as the traffic on the stretch is increasing like the speed.

Please can you help get this fixed asap. I look forward to your response.
