The drain is blocked (it was unblocked by your team last year but is now blocked again) and water pours down our driveway causing flooding in the garden and damage to established trees and plants due to the excessive water.

This update is to inform you that we have carried out an initial assessment and have identified that we will need to undertake further works to investigate the issue, these works will be raised and programmed in according to our risk matrix. Whilst works are being programmed we will keep the area safe through routine inspections.
