Blocked drain - flooding

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6937191.

Drain by the pedestrian crossing, outside number 95 is blocked and ha caused severe flooding. Elderly citizen is unable to leave her house due to the flooding
