Noise issue on residential road from linen delivery to the Premier Inn hotel at 1 AM / 2 AM most nights
Reported via mobile anonymously at 01:33, Monday 6 January 2025
Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6935576.
Large articulated Elis delivery lorries turning and beeping and pulling up on St Georges and Trinity Road and then the noise and disruption of the lift and the crates of linen being unloaded and crashed around for delivery every single night.
It’s inconsiderate and unkind for the deliveries to take place during the night in such a residential area where they wake up the residents - is it possible to speak to the Premier Inn management, remind them of quieter delivery code of practice, and request that they have noisy and disruptive deliveries take place at a more sensible and neighbourly hour, please?
