Bollard damaged.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6935459.

One of the two recently replaced bollards to stop fly-tipping down the lane has been damaged and is currently in the 'down' position. Cannot be locked into the 'up' position.
