Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6932218.

A loud, high-pitched alarm or droning noise has been ringing continuously around Bluecoats Avenue for the past five hours (from 10 PM to 3 AM). It is persistent, extremely disruptive, and has made it impossible to sleep. Please address this issue promptly, as it is more than just a nuisance.
