Neighbours parking on pavement obstructions

Car parked outside no 6 constantly parks on pavements those with buggies, wheelchairs or even pedestrians have to use the road

Black volvo Neighbours at no 11 that are new also park on road there is not enough room to get emergency vehicles

Vehicles parked outside no 10 in turning area

It's becoming a car park and the concern is for emergency vehicle access as we have a lot of elderly people on the street

We have 2 ginnels and cars are parked blocking that entry causing pedestrians issues
