Very boggy public footpath

The section of public footpath. Third and Fourth fields off silver street and section running along sewage treatment plant is virtually un passable unless you have long wellies on and a walking stick. The 3rd and 4th field is now fenced stopping people using the drier sections of field. While the fenced area is very boggy and slippery. There are a number of old telegraph poles obstructing the walk in the 4th field. These issues are now causing people to walk along silver street putting their lives in danger as its not a safe road to walk along.
