Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6929151.

Water from adjacent fields running onto road causing flooding and formation of ice during the colder weather. Residents are very concerned about the safety of this area especially given the likely deterioration of weather conditions increasing the chances of further ice forming.
