Crossing at traffic lights on Pickford Street

Sorry to bother you but I was sent a report to say it's fixed, but it still isn't working.

When you press the button on the traffic light to cross over the road on Pickford Street (from either side of Pickford Street), it lights up as normal, but it doesn't change to green and traffic is therefore continuous both into and out of Pickford Street, without let up.
