Every time it rains there is a torrent of water flowing down Cliff Lane bringing down stones and debris that blocks the 2 gullies located on Cliff Lane between Cliff House and Grassington. This is undercutting the stone wall of our property and has lifted the kerbstone at the entrance to Cliff House making it dangerous to get in and out of the drive and a tripping hazard to pedestrians. ~Every time it rains there is a torrent of water and stones coming down the lane onto Rainow Road. The problem is destroying the road surface of Cliff Lane and the Rainow Road causing potholes, ice and hazard to road users. This problem has been ongoing for at least 12 months. The gullies have not been cleared since 2021 according to your website. They need to be cleared every time it rains at least every 3-4 months.
