Dangerous footpath

Sent to Staffordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 692746.

The footpath along Severns Road towards Cannock Wood Road is overgrown, brambles and nettles stretch over the path. Walking to school safely is impossible, we have to step into the road to avoid getting caught in this overgrowth. (This road is very busy!)On Cannock Wood Road further up, trees overhang the footpath.

  • This morning was a real treat as we so had the puddles to contend with as well. Where the paths are overgrown, the other option is to step into the gutter of water.
