Overflowing drain (constantly overflowing & has been for some time now-several months on this occasion) now with foul smelling water. The water runs across the road & freezes in very cold weather which could cause an accident. The water is beginning to erode the grass verge and road side/ entrance driveways to Newbridge Farm & The Granary & The Stables. Can something please be done to fix the issue as soon as possible.
