The Public footpath that leads from Collum End Rise into the field has had a drainage problem for some time. There is now a constant slow run of water down the path from the field and onto the road where it joins Collum End Rise. It then runs down the road and is now causing damage to the road and issues when it is cold/freezing as it makes the road icy and dangerous until it is able to thaw again.
