The tree has not shifted as someone had claimed as if you look at google maps street view it has been like this for while, the tree only needs re pruning or pollarding as it hasn’t been done for a few years.

    We have assessed your enquiry and the tree needs to be inspected by a qualified arborist. Tree inspections are carried out in accordance with the Council’s Tree Management Strategy. Should the arborist’s report identify safety related work this will be programmed. We will provide a further update after the arborist’s inspection.
