Trench that Dwr cut has lost top layer

The whole trench that Dwr Cymru dug then resurfaced has lost about 2 inches off the top layer intermittently up the hill to the top. This is causing cyclist and bikes wheels to become unstable, especially at night as you can’t see damaged road. Needs immediate resurfacing to avoid accidents
