Windmill Lane - asbestos? roofing dumped

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Noticed Friday evening (18th Sept), a large pile of broken up corrugated roofing dumped in the middle of the lane. No vehicle can get through and it looks like it is the old roofing which usually contains asbestos. There are two full large Jewson's rubble bags and at least another bag's worth of broken panels under them.
