Two trips of potholes across the width of the road about 10m apart.

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 22:11, Mon 30 December 2024

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6913191.

This is another section of road that is end of life and needs resurfacing. The photos are of a strip of potholes across the entire road just north of a driveway on the eastern side of the road. There is a similar row of holes just south of the same driveway. The road is often flooded near here, and a utility company (or someone) has recently dug up the road and I suspect are partially responsible. There is really only a 12 inch strip of unbroken tarmac across the entire width of the road. When the road is flooded it is impossible to travel safely on a bicycle as it is not possible to distinguish the puddles from the potholes when they are full of water.
