Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6913140.

A bin is needed close to the new outdoor gym in Cambridge Gardens. There is rubbish under the bushes next to the tennis courts; you can see many discarded bottles. The closest bin is in the children play area and this seems to be too far away for some people.
