178 Englishcombe Lane

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category by Donna Miles at 19:24, Mon 30 December 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6912785.

Previously reported, response no further action! This is not acceptable. It's visibly clear that the hedge has been allowed to grow over half of the pavement, no other vegetation blocks the pavement like this house. If my car was parked overhanging my driveway it would be a clear obstruction to anyway walking, pushing a pushchair, using a wheelchair, I struggled to get past the other day when homeowner had their car door open. I was disappointed with your response of no further action. I'm going to contact my local councillor as she lives on Englishcombe Lane. I can't imagine what would happen if we as a collective of residents allowed our hedges to migrate across the pathway.
