No right turn sign does not illuminate

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6911976.

The No Right Turn sign (above the Left Only sign) does not illuminate at all during darkness. It is the sign directly opposite the Richmond Road junction.
