Huge pothole in apex of corner

The huge pothole here that appeared in the summer and was temporarily repaired has failed again now leaving a very very large hole right on the apex of this corner

    I can’t get a photo of the actual pothole but this is the old repair that has come away leaving a large hole in the road.
