It might need a light trim for some of the outermost branches but please be aware in the Spring & Summer that’s a mature habitat for protected & red-listed house sparrows that have frequented it for years. It’s also midwinter so not at its prettiest, and is it encroaching on the turning point? It’s growing within a soil bed behind a raised kerb. To stop flytipping it needs more greenery there, not less.

I appreciate your points and agree that trimming back the bush would be a good idea.
Hopefully it can be trimmed back in line with the kerb. So people can use the full turning point as it was intended without their vehicle being scratched and damaged.
Additionally removing the soil which has extended from the bed over the kerb and into the turning point would help to facilitate full and safe use of the turning point whilst helping to avoid damage to vehicles in the street who are currently struggling to manoeuvre due to the overgrown bush protruding.
