Lack of signage in front of ambulance station

The westbound side of the road comes down from a flyover bridge and meets a busy ambulance stations exit, ambulances frequently leaving on blue lights but traffic has no warning and the fencing is high from the bridge, preventing visibility for traffic and ambulance crews
