Since the road humps have been removed from Hawes Lane the traffic now (as said ) is going too fast up & down the road ! All the residents predicted this as that was why road humps were added in the first place! We need signage at several places along the road asap , i fear there will be an accident especially as there are hundreds of school children& parents who use this road daily , along with the road residents, many of which who are elderly & over 70 years old !
Please take this road safety request seriously , as we do !

The traffic engineering team advise that they would not be looking to consider introducing a 20mph limit at this time. They will continue to monitor the location moving forward.
