Lorries parking over footpath damaging private fencing and blocking pedestrian acces on footpath

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6904531.

Lorries are constantly parking over the whole footpath outside harvey house Ip25 6eh ...behind the post office ...where the road is double yellow lines ...and constantly damaging private Residents fencing ...also the post office also block the same pathway with their vechiles...and also park over the same footpath and damage private property fencing

    Why is this allowed to continually happen ...its obstructs our view to get out of our drive and is an accident waiting to happen .....disabled people children prams buggies pedestrians have to walk in the road .....why is nothing being done ?? It's double yellow lines !!!!! Why are the royal mail continually allowed to get away with this !!!!this is unacceptable
